Hi!  My name is Heather Perkins.  I am a mid 40s gal, married to my high school sweetheart and a home-schooling mom of two beautiful little girls.  I am a full time NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFPA Holistic Nutritionist, traveling the country in an RV, searching for the best MTB trails, with home base being Cleveland, TN. My passion in life is to help others find their happiness and I believe that starts with being healthy and happy with one’s self.
