As a health coach of 16+ years, 14 of them being certified as a Personal Trainer and the last 4 as an AFPA Holistic Nutritionist as well, I can help you reach your goals.

I will create you a 4 week meal plan, customized to you and your lifestyle. I will teach you how to track your food intake and meal prep.

If you’re in a place where you are always on the go, eating whatever is available, but have the desire to make healthier choices and if possible, lose weight, feel better, sleep better and have an overall better idea of what you need to be consuming each day, I can help!

CONSULTATIONS & ASSESSMENTS

Consultations are provided in either in person or in the client’s home via zoom or a phone call. A consultation can be basic or more in-depth and is meant to provide an initial assessment to collect information on such topics as overall health goals, health challenges, food allergies, dietary preferences, nutritional imbalances, genetics, medical history and outlining a custom program design. An essential starting point for any client is the assessment. The results are used to decide the appropriate selection of proteins, fats and carbs necessary each day to reach your goals, as well as recommended supplements.  I use a combination of subjective and objective assessment tools to gain a total picture of the client when he/she is starting my program.

MEAL PLANNING

– Creation of a 4 week, personalized, plant based meal plan, with suggested daily macros.
– Dietary advice and recommendations for meals and supplements.
– Regular check-ins and adjustments to the meal plan as needed, within 90 days of receipt.
