A Little Bit About Me
Let me start by saying the above mantra hasn’t always been my line of thinking. I have battled weight and a healthy body for most of my adult life, due to hypothyroidism, a southern diet and tons of excuses. Somehow, seeing a photo of myself in a bikini, mid January 2007, something just “snapped” inside my head. I was finally ready to make a change and even though it took me five years from the time I initially purchased it AND the birth of my first child, I completed the program that would not only improve my health, but also my career destiny.
Not missing one of my 90 day commitment, I lost 21 pounds, dropping from a size 10 to a size four, feeling better than I had in years. But this was just the beginning. I soon found myself telling anyone who would listen about how this product was changing my life. My sponsor noticed and invited me to turn this into a business. Within a month I was making money and I realized I’d found my passion AND I was getting paid for it!
This was where my Beachbody journey began. Being a coach changed my outlook on life and how I live it. It created an even stronger desire for a healthy lifestyle; not only because of how much better I feel myself, but also because of the impact it has on those around me, especially my daughters who watch me as their primary model of loving and stewarding my body. It has given me the opportunity to continue to be a stay at home mom and homeschool my girls, as well as have the freedom to travel often, with no financial worries. And I’m doing it all from home, or wherever we happen to be at the time.
This life change has allowed me to set my own schedule, sharing my time; Being a teacher to my girls and being present in their lives, accountability to my clients, helping them to be successful and reach their goals and being a mentor to my team members, helping them build their own, successful, home based businesses.

My Approach
As my passion grew, I wanted to learn all I could to ensure I was helping my clients reach their goals. In 2009, I was motivated to get certified as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I then continued my education with Corrective Exercise, Golf Fitness, Fitness Nutrition and Women’s Fitness. More recently, I’ve been certified in mentoring two new Nutrition programs, 2B Mindset and Ultimate Portion Fix. These certifications, along with the tools that being a Beachbody Coach has provided, have given me the foundation needed to keep my family healthy and teach others how to achieve the same thing.
As your trainer and coach, I want to develop our relationship built on
trust and communication. I want your experience to be challenging, but
enjoyable. I want you to feel that you are free to have input and make
choices on your own, as that will lead to lasting success further down
the road.
